| Looking from the south towards the Menteith Hills. The village in the middle distance is Gartmore, the birthplace of Robert Cunningham-Graham (1852-1936). Despite his aristocratic roots (he was descended from Robert II) 'Don Roberto' was a radical socialist, who fought for the rights of the poor and exploited in Scotland and on his travels in Argentina. |
